Syncing your iPhone to your Microsoft Outlook 2016 calendar on your computer can help with your organization and keep your day as productive as possible.
What happens when your Outlook 2016 calendar does not sync correctly with your iPhone? For example – You add a calendar entry in Outlook 2016 calendar, but the calendar entry does not show up on your iPhone, or you add a calendar entry on your iPhone and it does not show up on your laptop.
The first step you can do is to remove your Microsoft Exchange account form you iPhone, then re-add your email account. This method works most of the time, but what if are still experiencing the same issues?
One quick step I’ve found to work is to simply “Reset All Network Settings” on your iPhone.
Navigate to your iPhone home screen. Select Settings >General>Reset>Reset All Network Settings.
You may need to enter your passcode before you reset your network settings.
Your IPhone will then reboot. (This may take between 1-3 minutes to complete).
Now, create a test calendar entry on your laptop and check your iPhone to see if your entry appears.
